Julie Paré joined the law firm Murdoch Archambault as a lawyer in 2012. She articled with the firm to meet the requirements of the Quebec Bar School after obtaining her bachelor’s degree in law. Prior to her law studies, her keen interest in international issues led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in international relations and international law. While pursuing this course of studies, she was active with the Clinique internationale de défense des droits humains de l’UQÀM and with the student delegation of the organisation Rights and Democracy.
Me Paré’s law practice is diversified, even though she concentrates more on corporate law relating to Cree aboriginal companies and organizations.
Me Paré was active in the Montréal Bar Association from 2013 to 2018 as a member of the International Relations Committee (2016-2018) and of the Haïti Committee (2013-2016). She also served on the Professional and International Development Committee and on the Congress Gala Committee of the Young Bar Association of Montreal for four years.
