Me Jon-Ethan Rankin-Kistabish, lawyer

Me Jon-Ethan Rankin-Kistabish is a lawyer and member of the Abitibiwinni First Nation and joined Murdoch Archambault in 2020 after completing his Quebec Bar School’s articling. He graduated from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and his practice mainly focuses on corporate and governance law relating to Cree aboriginal companies and entities.

During his university studies, he worked as a legal assistant in criminal law for the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions in Amos which serves the Itinerant Court within the Cree and Inuit communities of northern Quebec.

Me Rankin-Kistabish is involved in his community and acts as a director for La Centrale Coworking of Amos.
